I had an absolutely fantastic visit to Kaspa’s today! I ordered a waffle, and it was easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time — golden brown on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, with that perfect balance of warmth and sweetness. The toppings were generous and fresh, adding just the right amount of indulgence without being overpowering. What really stood out to me, though, was the service. The staff were welcoming from the moment I walked in, genuinely friendly, and quick to make sure I had everything I needed. My order arrived promptly, beautifully presented, and exactly as I’d hoped. It’s rare to find that combination of quality food and great customer care, but Kaspa’s nailed it. I left feeling both satisfied and appreciated as a customer, and I’m already planning my next visit — there are so many tempting desserts on the menu that I can’t wait to try. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth or just looking for a feel-good treat.

Absolutely amazing! Best desserts ever, we travel from windermere just for these waffles. You can’t beat them the guys who was working let us try one of the new ice lemonade coolers and I’d Definately reccomend trying one of them! Amazing service, good vibes, amazing desserts

We visited today and had a lovely experience. I had two young children with me and the two servers were incredibly friendly and helpful. They entertained and joked with the children, helped carry food and high chairs over to the table and very kindly offered to separate a small portion of food off for the baby. Nothing was too much trouble. It was raining heavily and they offered to let me stay as long as needed to we didn’t get drenched carrying the kids back to the car. The seating area was spacious and clean and the gelato/ ice cream was lovely with a very varied selection which made it difficult to choose!!!

Felt very well looked after. Yummy desserts! Recommend the strawberry cheesecake frappe! My son enjoyed his waffle sandwich :)

Excellent waffle and service. Much recommended. We tried - Bueno, Brownie, Strawberry Indulgence and Chocolate a Lot. Everything was 10/10. Rutuja from kaspa’s team helped us select the best of what we can have. The place is very affordable.
